⚠️ Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all your data including session notes, profiles, and provider information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Before You Delete
Before deleting your account, please consider the following:
📥 Export Your Data First: We recommend exporting your session notes as PDF reports before deleting your account. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- Unused Credits: Any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
- Active Subscription: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
- Session Notes: All session notes, profiles, provider information, and goals will be permanently deleted.
- Account Recovery: You will not be able to recover your account or any associated data after deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your AusomeNotes account using one of the following methods:
Delete via the App
RecommendedThe fastest way to delete your account is directly through the AusomeNotes app:
- Open the AusomeNotes app on your device
- Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the navigation
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Read the information about what will be deleted
- Confirm your decision by tapping "Delete My Account"
- Your account and all data will be immediately deleted
Delete via Email
AlternativeIf you're unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion via email:
- Send an email to account@ausomenotes.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your AusomeNotes account
- We will verify your identity and process your request
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted
Email requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

About Your Subscription
Important: Deleting your AusomeNotes account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through the Google Play Store to avoid future charges.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device
- Tap your profile icon in the top right
- Tap "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
- Find AusomeNotes and tap on it
- Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts
After Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
- You will be immediately logged out of the app
- You will not be able to log back in with the same account
- All your data will be permanently removed from our servers
- You can create a new account with the same email address in the future, but none of your previous data will be available
